HGRM120 Gorham Special Order Ornate Pitcher, date letter for 1887

A hand hammered sterling silver bar pitcher by Gorham with panels of floral decoration and alternating swirls. Assymetrical applied handle. Script monogram on the front. In addition to the Gorham marks, the pitcher is marked with the number 51 in an oval indicating it was a special order. Height 7 1/8"; weight 20.35 troy ounces.
