Paris Exposition Mark

A heavy cast and applied antique sterling silver bowl by Gorham with applied floral swags and rams heads. Lightly gold washed in the lobed interior. Excellent condition. See detailed page for more details.

The cross under the hallmark indicates that the piece was selected to be shown at the Paris Exposition of 1900 which conforms with the sample oval mark and bell date letter on the inside of the base (1900)
