English sterling and glass carafe

H6910 English Silver and Rock Crystal Carafe by Charles Edwards c1888

An exceptional English silver and rock crystal wine carafe with sterling mounts, the crystal with etched floral decoration probably by Stevens and Williams. Hallmarked for London and dated 1888. Crested one one side and monogrammed on the other. Excellent condition.
