RH4519 Gorham Antique Silver Lobster and Crab Bowl

A Gorham sterling silver bowl dated 1870 with a pedestal base. The underside of the bowl and the pedestal have a satin finish. A finely detailed lobster and a crab are bolted to the sides of the bowl with the original Gorham milled edge nuts. Monogrammed and engraved with a wreath in the center of the bowl. Length: 15" Ht 5 3/4" Wt 26.4 troy oz.
