RH3468 Dominick & Haff Aesthetic Sterling Silver Vase with Applied Cattails, lily pads and bird

A finely hammered sterling silver vase measuring 4 3/4" tall with a weight of 3.5 troy ounces. Chased cat tails. water lilies and a crane in flight. Circa 1880. Dominick & Haff produced a very high quality series of flatware and hollow ware in the 1880s. I often refer to it as "Pond" pattern because it contains water lilies and plants, fish and birds that would gather around a pond.
