A finely chased sterling silver swan by Tane of Mexico with intricate feathers and gold washed highlights. The interior is gold washed. This piece would date from 1980. Tane is a premier silversmith in Mexico City and is known for the parcel gilted sterling novelty forms they produce.

N3810 English Silver Rare Perfume Vinaigrette Circa 1869

A rare sterling and crystal perfume bottle mounted above a large vinaigrette in the base. The crystal is finely etched with flowers and ribbons. The base has a hinged crystal lid which opens to a finely pierced hinged grill. The entire surface is hand engraved and lightly gold washed. The lid hinges back and is marked Parkins and Co Oxford St under a glass disc. Hallmarked Henry William Dee, London 1869 in the hinged pierced grill and inside the vinaigrette.

An important napkin ring, with bugs and leaves applied. The leaves are connected with vines in the Japanese taste. The midsection is hammered and the border plain. There is an inscription on the border in script. This napkin rings is probably the work of Tiffany and Company, circa 1875. Weight: 2.65 troy oz. Width: 1 1/2". Diameter: 2"

A pair of Tiffany and Company sterling silver knife rests in the Japanese style circa 1880. Marked on the bottom with the M mark and full Tiffany marks. The surfaces are entirely hand hammered and retail the original satin finish. The bars are applied with a gold washed bug and with leaves and Japanese motifs on each side. Length: 2 3/16" long. Height: 7/8". Weight: 1.10 troy ounces

A very fine sterling silver Tiffany flask with intricate acid etched decoration. At the center is a romantic couple on a river bank with ornate etched foliage and scrolls over the surface of the front of the flask and on the cap. The reverse is plain with a large script monogram. Length: 5 3/4" by 3 1/4". Weight: 8.1 troy ounces.

N3959 Austrian Silver Fox Head Cigar Cutter

A silver cigar cutter measuring 5" in excellent condition, terminating on one side with the finely detailed cast head of a fox with red stones set into the eyes. There are acorns and oak leaves on both sides. The spring works well and the steel cutter pushes through a surround through which the cigar is inserted. Circa 1900. Marked with Austrian touch marks in addition to sterling and and initials of a retailer.

N3944 Rare Tiffany Inkwell

A rare sterling silver inkwell by Tiffany and Company with hammered surface and applied gold washed maple leaves. The cap is lined with cork and unscrews to open back on a hinge. There are four bugs applied to the body. A large bug on the lid and two smaller bugs on the sides. There is also a small bug on a leaf. Dated July 31st 1882. Lined with a glass liner.
