An antique brass picture frame circa 1890 with colored stones set into the front of the frame. The ornate frame has enamel highlights and a face at the top. The easel pulls back to support the frame in an upright position.. Original photo, glass and brass backing for the photo area. 12 1/2" tall by 9 1/2" wide. Quite the most ornate, fanciful and decorative frame of the period we have ever seen.
