H8256 Pair of George Sharp Tureens

Circa 1865

A fine quality pair of antique silver circular covered tureens by George Sharp of Philadelphia retailed by Bailey and Company and hand chased with flowers and scrolls. The finials are three dimensional cast morning glory flowers bolted to the lids with the original hardware. The tureens have a combined weight of 120 troy ounces.

Length 12" across the handles.
