H4241 Caldwell Repousse Sterling Footed Bowl

A sterling silver heavily chased bowl with four applied cast feet, two cast applied handles measuring 4" across and a heavy applied border on the edge of the bowl. The chasing looks very much like the work of Peter Krider of Philadelphia. Retailed by J E Caldwell of Philadelphia and marked sterling 622. Length across the handles 11 3/4"; height 3 1/4"; width 7"; weight 24.95 troy ounces
