5698 Bacchanalian Sterling English Dessert Serving Service

A boxed set of six bacchanalian pattern serving spoons measuring 9" with engraved bowls dated 1873. The pierced sifter ladle measuring 6 1/2"is dated 1871, London. Maker Henry Lias. Excellent condition with gilded bowls are parcel gilded handles. Crested monogram of a dog on the reverse of the handles in the cartouche.
